I can't tell you the number of people I've showed this too.
I can speak from deeply, deeply personal testimony that he speaks for all cellists everywhere.
And he speaks for us pastors, too. If there is one piece of music which keeps cropping up at weddings... well, you can guess which it is. They have done with the Wedding March (and a good thing, too). All the old traditional music has been put in storage in plastic bags, and Pachelbel's Canon has taken over.
I am not a cellist. I play guitar and I sing bass, so I hear the cello part. I even liked it the first hundred times or so.
At least I live in an area where funerals seem to outnumber weddings about 10:1. But it has happened. Once I turned on the "closing the curtains" music, and, guess what it was? He is taking over...
